my comment: What? "A Justice Department official on Monday declined to comment when asked if it might file charges based on the report." If you or I stole tax money - or simply did not pay taxes, would the government let you off? A history lesson. The inequity of economics is bad enough, but the more the rich abuse their power, the closer a nation gets to angering enough people to start taking action to change the inequity, either by vote or violent revolution.
